ACUiTY is led by Charu Sharma as its founder and the managing partner.
She comes with a decade of experience in Executive search industry in
India and has helped recruit professionals at all levels across
industries. With a graduation in Food Technology & Dietetics from
Delhi University and a post graduation in Computers, she entered
recruitments in 2004 and it soon became her passion.
Today, as a founding partner of ACUiTY, she is leading a team of
young recruiters and believes in motivating people to enjoy what they
are doing.
Avinash Sharma, is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing software development teams in multinational firms.
He joined ACUiTY as the co- partner in 2013 and has played an important role in bringing automation to company’s internal business processes for overall performance improvement.
